Refund policy

Due to the special nature of latex custom goods, we do not accept returns on latex clothing and silicone breast products, so please confirm your size with customer service before placing your order to ensure a good shopping experience.

Special cases of returns.
Please check your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or received in error, please contact us immediately and we will arrange the refund return process for you.
Information required for damage: ensure the original condition of the item and keep the label and bag, receipt or proof of purchase; photos of the damaged area of the item.

Please note that items signed for more than 3 days will be automatically disqualified for return.

To initiate a return, contact us at ashleypoon125@gmail.com. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund in the form of your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it will also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
